Welcome to Peninsula Pony Fall League
Peninsula Pony/Colt Leagues Inc. is pleased to announce its 22nd season of Fall Baseball. The primary purpose is to offer baseball for those players who desire to continue to improve their baseball skills during the "off-season". As you are aware, baseball perhaps more than most sports, requires continuous practice in order to produce refined skills. This program offers a tremendous opportunity to those players just entering the Pony Program for the first time as well as last year's returning youth who desire to sharpen their skills and stay in shape.
Our Fall League is both competitive and instructional in nature and our coaching staff will focus on training and improving the player’s skill levels. Players will receive quality instruction that is equal to or better than Club Teams without the necessity of travel. ATTENDANCE OF PLAYERS AT ALL GAMES IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED.
We anticipate a very successful season. Games will be played Sundays at George Allen field with at least one weekly practice. Players will be next season's 12, 13 and 14 year olds, however anyone who played in our Spring program is eligible. Each team will consist of 10 to 13 players. All players residing in Silver Spur, Rolling Hills, Lunada Bay & Palos Verdes Little League boundaries, as well as Lomita, Wilmington, San Pedro, Torrance, and Redondo Beach are welcome. Game times are 12:00 and 3:00 until Daylight Savings Time ends when they will be played at 11:00 and 2:00.
The season begins on Sunday, September 18th and runs through Sunday, November 20th*.
There are no make-up games.
Registration is limited due to growing popularity of this program. Please register early to avoid disappointment. Registrations received after the deadline cannot be guaranteed acceptance. Registration deadline is August 30th, 2016.
